Under the supervision of the Manager of Facility Services, HVAC Building Systems Team Lead and various HVAC Building Systems Operators, assists in operating, maintaining and repairing the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, steam, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical building systems at multiple Milwaukee area Northwestern Mutual facilities to ensure the security and safety of personnel and property. This role works with other HVAC Building Systems Operators to identify, troubleshoot, isolate and repair failures in HVAC building systems. Assists with special projects as requested.
