We would love for you to be a part of our Building and Grounds team. Our Position This position serves as a member of our HVAC team in our Building and Grounds division. This position will provide preventive maintenance and inspections of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Inspects wiring, controls, and calibrations; cleans coils and blowers; checks motors and belt tension; changes filters; lubricates mechanical connections. Performs housekeeping duties on all HVAC systems and in all mechanical rooms; assists in maintaining inventory and records of parts and equipment used; recognizes and reports deterioration, repair needs, and/or maintenance needs to supervisor. Performs other work as required. Uniforms are provided. This position is a part of an approved Career Development Plan
